Return and Exchange Policy
At House of Tanwar, we meticulously craft each piece of jewelry to embody timeless elegance and personal meaning. Because of the bespoke nature of our creations, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy on all pieces once created and sent. However, we do offer a limited exchange policy under specific conditions.
Returns
- Due to the custom design and craftsmanship, there is no return or refund on any piece delivered to you.
- Please verify all order details including size, metal, gemstone, and engraving specifications carefully before confirming your purchase.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted only if the item is damaged or significantly different from the agreed specifications.
- To qualify for an exchange, customers must provide an unedited, continuous open-box video capturing the complete unboxing process, including the packaging condition, product, and all accessories. This video is required for verification purposes.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, along with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
- Personalized or engraved items are not eligible for exchange unless they have verified defects or errors.
How to Request an Exchange
- Immediately upon receipt, record a full open-box video showing the packaging and item condition.
- Contact House of Tanwar Customer Care within 7 days to initiate the exchange and submit your video for review.
- On approval, securely return the item adhering to the guidelines provided by Customer Care.
- After inspection ensuring compliance with return conditions, we will process the exchange promptly.
- Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are borne by the customer, except in cases of confirmed defects.
