Welcome to House of Tanwar. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our luxury jewelry products. By accessing or purchasing from House of Tanwar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders and Payment
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • A contract between you and House of Tanwar is formed only when we confirm your order and receive full payment.
  • For bespoke or custom jewelry, a non-refundable deposit of 80% is required before production begins.
2. No Refunds or Returns
  • All bespoke, custom, and personalized jewelry pieces created and sent to you are final sale.
  • There is no refund, return, or exchange policy on any jewelry once the order is confirmed and production begun, or once the item is shipped.
  • Please ensure all order details, including sizing and specifications, are accurate before confirmation.
3. Shipping and Delivery
  • We ship globally using secure packaging and trusted couriers.
  • Delivery timelines will be communicated at purchase. Delays caused by customs or couriers are not House of Tanwar’s responsibility.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.
4. Defects and Damaged Items
  • Notify us within 7 days of receipt of any manufacturing defects or damage during shipping, with supporting photos.
  • Repairs or replacements may be authorized after our review.
5. Buy-Back Policy

House of Tanwar offers a selective Buy-Back Policy as an exclusive benefit to our clients.

  • Eligible Items: Buy-back applies only to gold and platinum jewelry originally purchased from House of Tanwar. There is no buy-back on diamonds or silver jewelry. Valuation:
  • Gold jewelry is bought back at 100% of the market value of the pure gold content based on metal purity.
  • Platinum jewelry is bought back at 80% of the market value of the pure platinum content.
  • No buy-back is offered on silver jewelry or diamonds.
  • Process: Contact customer care to initiate; items must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase. After evaluation, a buy-back offer will be made. On acceptance, payment is made securely to the original purchaser.
  • House of Tanwar reserves decision rights on all evaluations and may amend or suspend the policy at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
  • All content, images, and designs on our site are the intellectual property of House of Tanwar and protected under law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
8. Privacy
  • Personal information is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
